Erika Merriweather's astrology readings are for entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

Erika Merriweather does not guarantee the accuracy of her readings. Astrology is a form of divination and is not a science. The results of an astrology reading may vary depending on the astrologer, the querent, and the circumstances.

 

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the StarPath Astrology website and services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

• "Affiliate" means any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party.

• "Astrology Reading" means a consultation with an astrologer about the querent's natal chart or other astrological information.

• "Client" means the person who purchases an Astrology Reading from StarPath Astrology.

• "Querent" means the person whose natal chart or other astrological information is being consulted about in an Astrology Reading.

• "StarPath Astrology" means Erika Merriweather, all affiliates including Red Eagle Universal Inc, and any of their employees, agents, or representatives.

3. Services

StarPath Astrology provides Astrology Readings to Clients. The readings are provided by astrologers who are licensed and experienced in astrology.

4. Fees

StarPath Astrology charges fees for Astrology Readings. The fees are listed on the StarPath Astrology website.

5. Payment

Clients can pay for Astrology Readings by credit card, debit card, or PayPal.

6. Refunds

StarPath Astrology does not offer refunds for Astrology Readings.

7. Accuracy

StarPath Astrology does not guarantee the accuracy of Astrology Readings. Astrology is a form of divination and is not a science.

8. Liability

StarPath Astrology is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including, but not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

13. Notices

All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the United States mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:

  • Red Eagle Universal Inc

 

• If to Client:

  • The address provided by the Client in the Client's account information or to such other address as either party may designate in writing from time to time.

14. Headings

The headings in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.

15. Counterparts

These Terms and Conditions may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

16. Binding Effect

These Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
