There are no exceptions to this policy. Once you have purchased a service, you will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of the reason.

If you are not satisfied with your service, we encourage you to contact us to discuss your concerns. We may be able to offer you a credit towards a future service.
However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to offer you a credit, and we reserve the right to refuse any credit requests.
